Skin care for Summers

Hi all!! Here are a few tips to keep your skin healthy and fresh in summers. Get rid of your oily and sebum producing skin which is quite irritating. i personally have a very vexatious skin and i make sure that i follow these remedies.
1- EXFOLIATION: removes dead, dulling skin debris to prevent congestion and improve hydration from toner and moisturizers. exfoliation should be done prior to toner. its not necessary to buy expensive products, you can exfoliate your skin by simply using a shower scrub with your normal face wash. which is quite soft and will definitely not cause any harm. 




2- Skin hydration: toners and boosters are best for skin hydration. Body shop vitamin E toner is preferred by me and i also use Dermalogica booster. helps alot!

3- Water: at least 8 ounces of water every day is what we all know very well but never try to follow >.< 
4-  Sunscreen: use minimum of 1 teaspoon of sunscreen for full face before going out.                             
5- Soothe over exposed skin:  by using botanicals and cooling gels.                                                        


 6- Ditch aerated drinks:  they are full of sugar and are ice cold which is defo not good for you figure. instead drink plenty of water, fresh lime, fresh fruit juices,  aam panna or coconut water. and yes! dont forget to eliminate alcohol and caffeine :)                                                                                                                 Lets see if these tips are of any use to the beautiful ladies out there.
