Get rid of your ACNE

Pimples are an inflammation of the skin in which the sebacious glands become infected with bacteria. swell up and fill with pus. Below are a few home remedies to get rid of them fast.

1- ICE: Ice can be used to quickly get rid of pimples. It helps in improving blood circulation to the affected area, and in freezing the skin pores and removing dirt and oil accumulated in the skin. You can use ice cubes or crushed ice, whichever is convenient:
1: Wrap the ice in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected skin area for a few seconds
2: Wait a few seconds and repeat the process
When used repeatedly on the pimples throughout the day, ice helps reduce inflammation or swelling and will immediately soothe your skin.

2- LEMON: Another quick way is to use fresh lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin C. It helps pimples to dry up faster. Make sure you use fresh lemon juice and not bottled which has preservatives. There are a couple of ways top apply this remedy.

1: Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed.
2: You can also make a paste by mixing one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin.

3- HONEY: Honey is a source of natural antibiotics that can speed up the healing process, as well as help prevent infections.
1: Dip a clean cotton swab in honey, put it directly on the affected area, and leave it on for half an hour.
2: Wash the skin well with lukewarm water.
Another option is to mix honey and cinnamon together to make a paste and applying it over the pimples before going to bed, In the morning, there will be less inflammation or swelling, Wash the skin well with cold water

4- TOOTH PASTE: The toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth also can be used to treat pimples quickly. It is most effective when used following the ice remedy. You must use white toothpaste; avoid using gel toothpaste.
1:  Apply some white toothpaste over the affected skin area before going to bed.
2: In the morning, wash your face with water and you will see a significant improvement in the swelling.
If you wish, you can repeat the process in the daytime also. Just make sure the toothpaste remains on the pimples for at least half an hour.
5- STEAM: Steaming is wonderful for your skin at any time, but particularly when you have pimples. The steam will open your pores and allow your skin to breathe. This helps get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation.
  1. Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes.
  2. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and, after drying, apply an oil-free moisturizer.
This treatment will also give your complexion a lovely glow.
6- GARLIC: Garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples.
  1. Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces.
  2. Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water.
  3. Repeat the treatment several times a day.
Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach.
Enjoy having a healthy and glowing skin!!!xo

FLAT TUMMY IN 7 DAYS!

Hello beautiful girls!! Today i will be talking about some really easy tips for a flat tummy in a few days. Well you should not think about sucking your tummy in to fit into your white fitted jeans. There are less painful and longer lasting ways to get the amazing middle you crave. Here, are the surprising foods, tricks and moves that will help you shed inches and pounds, banish the bloat, and feel even more gorgeous. HELLO SKINNY JEANS!!!

EAT AT THIS MAGIC HOUR: You must eat a snack that contains protein between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.Go for a protein bar,  a piece of low fat cheese, or some almonds with an organic apple.
No matter what, do not miss that snack. Its important because it boosts metabolism, and balances blood sugar. The lower you keep your blood sugar, the lower is the insulin, and insulin makes you store fat around the middle. Eating every three to four hours will help you keep your blood sugar even.

HAVE A BALL: My no. 1 tip, do the ball exchange three times a week. Lay flat on your back with your arms above your head and legs straight out. Start with a stability ball above your head in your hands. Bring the ball up above your chest as you bring your legs  up to meet the ball and place it between your ankles. Bring the ball back down to the floor with your legs and straighten your arms back out over your head.

BEEF UP ON THIS BEELY-ZAPPING HORMONE: Eat as close to zero grams of sugar as possible. This will keep insulin levels low. and also keep levels of glucagon high. Glucagon, a hormone, is the best friend you could ever have in the struggle for a flat belly! Picture Ms. Pacman travelling around your waistline, gobbling up fat to be used as energy. THAT IS GLUCAGON!!The closer to zero grams of sugar you consume, the lower ur insulin and higher the glucagon. Its simple as that!

CHEW ON THIS: Chewing is the number 1 tip to prevent bloating. Chew food until it islike applesauce in your mouth. Digestion begins in the mouth, and without proper chewing, food is not well digested. Better digested food means less gas and bloating.

PUT CRUNCHES LAST ON YOUR FLAT-BELLY LIST (for real): I recommend the DCBA approach: Diet first, cardio second, building muscle third, and Abs exercise last. Follow it and you can safely lose one to two pounds a week. Spend 60 minutes a day preparing healthy meals.Spend 20 minutes a day, three to five times weekly doing cardio. Spend 15 minutes a day, three times a week strength training. Finally, spend 5 minutes a day three times a week doing Abs exercises.

SHAKE ON THE SEA SALT: The culprit making your tummy bloat? It could be the salt in your in your diet. Use natural sea salt or kausher salt, which is lower in sodium teaspoon for teaspoon than tradition table salts. And stay away from soy sauce: even low sodium soy sauce is still high in sodium and will cause practically instant bloating.
Instead, flavor your food with a little fresh tomato salsa or  a hint of cayenne pepper, which has  an added benefit of boosting metabolism.

PUNCH IT OUT AND LOSE 2 INCHES FAST: Add boxing to your cardio routine. When you throw punches with weights or at a fast pace, you're working your core in a way that helps you flatten your midsection. You must engage your core to throw punches, and twisting your torso works all the ab muscles. Boxing also gives you a cardio workout that burns extra calories. Add 16 minutes of boxing three times a week to your regular cardio routine (30 minutes at high intensity four to five time a week), and you can lose upto 2 inches from your waist in four weeks. Simply throuw punches while holding 1- or 2- pound weights for 8 minutes, alternating arms, then repeat without weights at a faster pace for 8 more minutes.

SIZE MATTERS: Eating protion-controlled meals that include whole grain foods and monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) throughout the day is the best way to eat for a flat belly. People who eat whole grains lose more abdominal fat. And making most of the fats you eat MUFAs reduces ab flab, research says.

THE ULTIMATE FLAT-BELLY MENU:
Best breakfast: a slice of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter and 1 cup of your favorite berries.
Best lunch: Spinach salad with sliced avocado, grilled firm tofu, and cherry tomatoes, drizzled with a little olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Best dinner: Grilled salmon, a roasted sweet potato, and sauteed asparagus with olive oil and garlic.
Best snack:A cup of fat fee yogurt with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed.

LAUGH IT UP!! The best thing for your abs is laughing. Every time you laugh, it strengthens your abs. There are even laughing yoga classes. If you start busting a gust, you are absolutely toning your abs.

I hope you enjoyed going through this blog. Stay updated!! Healthy living!!! xo

Healthy and Glowing Skin

Its summer time, and the living is easy, but this also means the season's harsh sun is beaming down on your skin. When the beach beckons, and the pool pulls you in, stay smart and protected with all the right practices for a safe time in the sun.
Sun screen is an obvious choice, but when it comes to running errands, its easy to forget to apply.  From exercise regiments to daily diet and exfoliating routines, here are the best ways to achieve healthy, sun kissed skin!

FACE YOUR DAY: Even those short walks to lunch or running errands can put you at risk of too much sun exposure. Adding a healthy layer of face protecting sun screen to your morning beauty routine is critical dont-skip-it step. Look for lotions enhanced with anti oxidants for an extra skin health boost.

LIP SERVICE: While we never need an excuse to buy a new lipstick, sun protection for your lips means mandatory shopping!! What ever your color choice, look for lip care of an SPF of at least 15. And consider lip balm verses gloss for the summer, as balms tend to hydrate more and stay on longer.

WATER, WATER EVERYWHERE: When it comes to your body, mother nature knows best!! Seasonal summer foods like water melons, leafy greens and berries have a higher concentration of water to help you stay hydrated in the heat. It is also healthy and smart to indulge in fresh, water rich foods. So go ahead and enjoy watermelon! its 91% water!!!

GET UP AND GLOW: Summer's best accessory; a sun kissed glow. But its just not great for your skin, given the dangers of sun bathing. Salon spray tans, administered by a  technician by an air brush-type applicator, are an alternative but it may cost you a lot of money. Thankfully you can get a nice, sun kissed glow in the privacy of your own bathroom with salon worthy results. The latest self tanners offer spray mist application so you dont have to worry about the silly streaks and excessive dryness. Bronzed, and beautiful your sleeveless summer dress is awaiting you!

SMOOTH OPERATOR: Daily facials not in the cards? A gentle, daily exfoliating routine is your next best bet in the quest for softer, smoother, clearer skin. Exfoliating scrubs and soft face brushes used with gel and cream cleansers lift and wash away dead skin cells and clean out your pours for that awesome facial effect.

REVIVE, RINSE, REPEAT: The three Rs are the most important. In truth, a little sun exposure is beneficial. But when a little becomes too much, your face needs serious skin revival; a triple threat approach. First, wash your skin with cool water and a gentle cleanser to soothe skin. Next, apply a dark spot correcting serum to diminish sunspots, then follow up with deep acting moisturizer to re-hydrate and help fight wrinkles. Parasol or not, start your day strong by applying sunscreen all over.

SWEAT IT OUT: In addition to the obvious physical benefits, your fitness routine is a beauty ritual. Sweat, your body's natural response to exercise, is a brilliant elixir that regulates your body temperature, releases trace amounts of toxins and loosens dirt in your pores (thats why you feel extra clean after your post workout shower!). Sweating also increases your circulation, improving your skins appearance with a healthy glow. So for extra beauty oomph,  do sweat the small stuff.

DECENT EXPOSURE: A sunny summer day is like a beauty challenge! Whether it is an important picnic in the park, a walk on the beach, or a road trip (sunroof open!), think early morning or late afternoon. According to the Center for Disease Control, the sun's most harmful rays are between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., so smart precautions like a broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen, plenty of shade and lots of water will make for a beautiful adventure!!

So stay healthy and beautiful this summer!! xo
